Return & Refund Policy
We are thrilled to become you as our customer and hope to enjoy an excellent shopping experience. If you have not satisfied about our service, you can return it within 7 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international of period from the delivery date. Unfortunately, after these 7 or 14 days you are not eligible to get a refund or exchange. The time may vary in timing take for your exchanged product to reach you, depending on orders where you live.
Within 24 hours you can cancel your purchases via call or e mail mentioned below.
Products we are able to refund or exchange:
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
• You are eligible to return following conditions.
- the instance of incorrect
- damaged products
- Faulty orders.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange:
• Unfortunately, we have to refuse the exchange, if your product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition.
• Customized products. Ex:
- You make a ring for your finger size.
- You make a pendant for your own design.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
Return item should be having a secure packaging which means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form
